Your access to and use of RECOM’s website, learning management system (LMS), and related services (“the Service”) is subject to your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to all visitors, learners, tutors, mentors, partners, and others who access or use our Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Accounts and Registration
When you create an account with RECOM, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.
- Update your details promptly if they change.
Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You are also responsible for all activities or actions that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Keep your password secure and never share it with third parties.
- Notify RECOM immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.

Our Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RECOM.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites or services. You agree that RECOM will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

Termination of Access
RECOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to) a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will end immediately.
- You must cease all use of the LMS and any RECOM-provided resources.
If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team or discontinuing use of the Service.
Certain provisions of these Terms, by their nature, will continue to apply after termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Purpose-Led Learning Commitment
As a values-driven learning institution, RECOM expects all users to uphold respectful, ethical, and professional conduct when engaging with our Service, our tutors, and fellow learners. Behaviour that undermines the learning experience of others may lead to suspension or removal from our programs.
